The character sheet is the number one item a D&D player must have. As its name says, it is used to keep record of your character's statistics, abilities, spells, hit points, etc. This page contains a long list of character sheets for many editions of Dungeons & Dragons. Don't hesitate to try as many as you want. Different players means different preferences.
These are multiple versions/revisions of a general character sheet, a spellcaster sheet, and a details sheet (equipment and more).
You will find all the details and credits in this Reddit thread.
- Thanks to Wizards of the CoastBased on the official Wizards of the Coast's D&D 5th edition PDF character sheet, this sheet brings several improvements, some obvious, some more subtle, and retains all of the form fill capabilities of the original. It has room for spells and spellcasting abilities, as well as companions and animals. It also includes a printer-friendly version. Now at version 1.4, it is the result of a great deal of work and collaboration, which can be followed in this Reddit thread.
- Thanks to supersonic159A sheet that lets you track 10 multiples of one monster per section; two sections per page, and 2 pages total. You can track anyway you like: one sheet per monster type, area, game session, whatever you can think of! Form fillable and printer friendly versions are included. Now at version 1.0, it is the result of a great deal of work and collaboration, which can be followed in this Reddit thread
- Thanks to supersonic159This sheet can track up the most important information of up to 8 party members, 4 on each page. Form fillable and printer friendly versions are included. Now at version 1.1, it is the result of a great deal of work and collaboration, which can be followed in this Reddit thread.

- Thanks to darthmarth28This sheet is two pages double-sided for non-casters, and 3 pages double-sided for casters. What's special with this sheet is the way colors are used to visually organize sections with the 6 ability scores. There are also specific areas for feats, class, racial and spell-like abilities, and back-story traits. Additionally, the inventory is split into different sections like armor, containers, and move-action available items.
